The housing crisis is real. Home prices are skyrocketing. Rent is climbing. And low to middle-income families are being squeezed out of safe, modern housing.

At BPC Works Corp, fifteen percent of our total spending is dedicated to helping solve this crisis. We are preparing to set aside capital to build multi-million-dollar housing complexes across the country. These will not be government-subsidized projects. They will not be free housing. They will be modern, well-built, multi-unit communities — thirty units or more — designed to provide quality housing at fair, affordable prices.

Because we do not have shareholders demanding maximum returns. We serve members. That allows us to prioritize good over massive profits. In certain states, housing costs are astronomical. Permitting, regulations, land acquisition — all complex and expensive. But we are committed to navigating those challenges.

Once proper permits are secured, regulations satisfied, and funding is available, we believe we can provide some of the most affordable non-government housing options in the country. These programs are intended for the less privileged. We define “more privileged” as any individual earning over two hundred thousand dollars annually for the past two years, or any household earning over three hundred thousand dollars combined for the past two years.

Proof of income for the previous two years would be required when applying. Anyone meeting those higher income thresholds would be denied assistance to the fullest extent allowed by law. This is not an invitation to submit financial documents at this time.

Membership is not tax deductible. We are a for-profit business.

As we prepare to launch projects, members may request placement on our housing interest list. When capital becomes available, we will prioritize building in the cities and states with the highest number of registered interested members. From there, we will rotate state by state, focusing resources where demand is strongest and funding allows.
